    This is an enlightening piece of information in that, an organization is not only measured by the quality of services it provides, how best each member of the organization works together is equally pivotal.
    A team that is highly cohesive with mutual respect and understanding through inclusivity in decision making and change through its managers will drive each individual to perform at its best by feeling like a crucial constituent to the organization.

    The more focus needs to be on leadership, validating the organization’s structure is the responsibility of management to ensure what is on the document are implemented in the field, or in other words, alignment between document and implementation therefore, validation requires to validate effectively and efficiently some key roles which in turns those roles (oversight and monitoring, communication and alignment, performance measurement, and feedback) are a key factors for key performance evaluation for managers.
    The challenges are many but I believe that communication is the corner stone.
