Dr. iur. David Costa

David Costa is Dean of Faculty and one of the founders of Robert Kennedy College. In his capacity as Dean, Dr. Costa oversees the faculty review process and several of the academic programmes of the college. Dr. Costa holds a Dr. iur. (Doctor Iuris, Doctor of Law) degree from the University of Basel, Switzerland where he researched the law and regulations related to synthetic investment products. Dr. Costa lectures in the area of Investment Law and Money Management, and is a frequent guest on business television channels such as CNBC Europe and Bloomberg Television.

    i am from China,and engaged in consultancy field. it has been 20years since my graduation of undergraduate from China.
    As far as I know, Robert Kennedy College (RKC), founded in 1998, is a private educational institution in Zurich of Switzerland.RKC is offered in exclusive partnership with York st John university ,and pioneers high-quality online learning ,and also offers a rigorous but flexible learning program, which attracts a number of students who eager to enter for it.
    More importantly, most of the programme is delivered online, which suits me best, as I am now working, I can’t study as a full-time student.

    But there is one doubt if the certificate i gain here can be accredited and verified by Chinese government. could you help answer it?

    Dear Dean:
    Today i clicked the link with a trial account to view the online courses,but when it comes to the video parts ,i couldn’t open them,and no class videos are available to view. Of course,i happened to view three class videos successfully,but when i went back to view them again , they can’t be opened at all.
    i mailed (with screenshots of the problems) to RKC advisor who is very responsible and patient and helped me to fix it now,
    In my view, regarding the video that can’t be opened,it wouldn’t be the problem of my company’s network, as my company is also a transnational group whose network is good.
    so my worry is whether such problem will happen after i enroll for the course.

      Dear Max, The trial has a limited access. You can always seek support from your Education advisor (which I believe you have ) who can direct your issue to student care. It is not usual that you encounter such issue once enrolled. However, you have support from student care if you face any issue.
